To ensure items can be resold, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, odorless, stain-free, undamaged, and retain complete tags (if applicable) and original packaging (if applicable). If you use our prepaid return label, $9.99 will be deducted from your refund amount; if you choose to return on your own, shipping costs are your responsibility (unless we shipped the wrong/missing item or the product has quality issues).
