We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe (select countries/regions). Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.
We may use carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. to complete delivery. The actual carrier is subject to the shipping notification.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays, which will be notified via the order page or email.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Whether free shipping is available and any threshold (if applicable) are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout. Reference times are as follows: United States 3–7 business days; Canada 5–10 business days; Australia and Europe 7–15 business days (subject to checkout page display).
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and carrier information. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If delivery cannot be completed or is returned due to an incorrect address, additional fees or delays may occur.
