This policy applies to orders placed on our website and shipped to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe (select countries/regions). Please initiate your return/exchange request within 21 days of delivery (from the date of receipt), and ensure the return package is delivered to the carrier with a tracking record as soon as possible.
Items eligible for return/exchange must be: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags intact. Shoe boxes must be placed in an outer box for return; damaged or labeled shoe boxes may be refused.
Steps:
- Log into your account to initiate a return, or contact us via email (please provide your order number).
- Once approved, use the return label we provide to ship the item back.
- Package securely and ship, keeping your return receipt.
- After receiving your return, we will inspect and process your refund/exchange.
Using our provided return label: $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to return using your own shipping method (where applicable), you are responsible for the shipping cost, and we recommend using a trackable service.
We support exchanging the same item for a different size (subject to stock availability):
- Return label fee: $9.99
- Reshipping fee: $7.99 (payable before reshipment)
We will arrange reshipment after confirming stock and fees.
Returns may be refused in the following situations:
- Obvious signs of wear, washing, or odors (perfume/cigarette smoke, etc.)
- Stains (cosmetics/food), pet hair
- Alterations, damage, or improper packaging resulting in damage
- Beyond the 21-day window
- Items marked "Final Sale"
The following items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless otherwise noted on the product page):
Personalized/custom items, hats/beanies, underwear, jewelry, face masks, hair accessories, knitwear, mystery bags, sale/clearance items, liquid products, items discounted more than 50%, and items marked "Final Sale."
If you receive a defective/damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos. We will arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund based on the situation.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
- We initiate refunds within 1–3 business days after return inspection passes.
- Banks/payment channels typically take 5–10 business days to process.
Total time may be affected by return shipping and inspection, typically not exceeding 21 days.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order enters processing/shipping, but success is not guaranteed. If shipped, please process a return under this policy.
